Inside sales

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales to join our sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.

To be successful as an inside sales representative you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top inside sales representative should also be very competitive and a good listener.


  • Responsible for selling company solutions and services to end-user customers in assigned territory primarily through outbound and inbound telephone sales activities.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads, identify key stakeholders and nurturing leads to potential business opportunities to closure of deals on assigned products/services basis.
  • Generate leads for Field sales staff and carries the team’s and individual’s quota where applicable
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
  • Stay informed about competing products and services, upselling new products and services, technical refresh where applicable
  • Track, document, and report weekly/monthly, quarterly lead KPIs and provide feedback and reports on lead quality and quantity


  • Personal drive, enthusiasm and energy to achieve and surpass goals
  • Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
  • Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position in IT industry preferred
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills, strong listening and sales skills and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Industrial Distribution / Engineering acceptable (2+ yrs. experience a plus but not required)


Location: Singapore

We are expanding and seeking for highly motivated and self-driven individuals to join our sales team and be an integral part in contributing to our journey of growth. This exciting opportunity requires the candidate with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customers prospects in Singapore, not limited to the SEA region.  In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, lead generation and for bringing the product to market with both direct customer interaction and via channel partners.


  • Participate in joint selling engagements as Enterprise Storage solution expert
  • Able to illustrate the features and benefits of our product and services, probe customer needs, accelerate deals to closure for the Enterprise Storage, Storages as a Service on premise as well as on cloud
  • To assist in developing sales campaigns to increase the number of pipeline deals & value, working with Marketing & Product Management
  • To build sales funnels and update opportunities on Enterprise CRM
  • To work closely with Pre-sales and Product Team on partner recruitment and enablement program
  • Generate and qualify leads, source, and develop client referrals
  • Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
  • Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals

Requirements for Senior Sales Manager

  • Working experience in Enterprise Storage and Cloud Services are preferred
  • Proven sales record
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be fluent in English
  • Team player, positive attitude and energetic
  • Be able to travel overseas when required

Requirements for Sales Associate

  • Fresh Graduate with Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Electrical/Computer Science or equivalent is welcome to apply. Training will be provided
